Vanessa works with a variety of people supporting them through difficult life changes such as divorce and bereavement to processing trauma, anxiety and depression. Her approach is holistic and tailored to the client’s needs. She often combines somatic movement and dance therapy with therapeutic shamanism and energy healing modalities.

ISMETA: Somatic Movement Educator & Therapist (SME&T)

PGCE English & Drama
