I am a psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor, somatic movement therapist, and somatic meditation teacher. Originally trained in person-centred therapy I offer Integrative Somatic Therapy to adults online, specialising in complex trauma. I supervise counsellors and psychotherapists, especially those with an interest in the body-mind-spirit relationship. I offer student rates for counselling and psychotherapy students.
