I trained in Somatic Movement Dance Practice and Therapy at Movingsoma, with Amanda Williamson and Karin Rugman. I am also a Homeopth holding the RSHom.
Additionally, I have an MPhil (research) and my research was in the area of health a approaches to conflict. I have completed many different shorter courses relating to approaches to health and human psychology.
I’m a soul midwife and my interest is in supporting people, their relatives and helpers with their journey towards death. I am really interested in exploring the dynamics of voluntary carers.
My most recent research interests are: how movement helps to reveal homeopathic remedies, using movement meditation to support those in the process of dying, their relatives and their supporters,
and incorporating movement meditation into moments of worship.
